Join us for a 90-minute group session of gentle movement, Active Breathwork and hands-on Reiki support at Common Opal Studio. This restorative experience helps you reset, recharge and reconnect with your body and breath in a warm, supportive environment.
This gathering takes place during the Flower Moon — a seasonal full moon often associated with growth, renewal, and fresh beginnings. 🌕
