Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. This fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. A credit card is required to hold your appointment, and cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
