Whether you're deep into a workday or balancing endless to-dos, this session offers a powerful pause to release stress and recharge your energy. In just 40-45 minutes, Neera’s calming guidance and the collective energy of the group help you let go, recenter, and find renewed focus. No experience needed – just bring yourself and enjoy a peaceful reset that will carry you through the rest of your day. Busy schedules can be demanding, but taking this midday breather is a gift to yourself, your productivity, and your peace of mind.

Cancellation Policy

Our studio has limited space, and many of our group sessions and classes book up quickly. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer your spot to another participant. You may call us at 778-583-1191 during our business hours to cancel or login to your account online and cancel the booking Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you provide at least 2 hours' notice of your cancellation, we will credit your payment toward another class or event. If you do not cancel within this time frame, you will forfeit any payments made. + Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. + No-shows will incur a charge for the full session fee. + We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the class start time. + If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please refrain from entering, as the door will be locked.
