Mind Body Spirit

Updated: May 2

It is a blessing to see the many ways you can heal your life. It has not always been the case to have so many modalities available on your healing journey. The connection of mind, body and spirit is the focus of finding peace. I have noticed that combining all these pieces together creates an effective long-term answer. It is not a quick fix. There is no actual real-life answer that is a quick fix, it is only a fleeting moment.

By connecting to the body, you can access the wisdom of the spirit within. Through the activations and triggers you feel and see are the places you find your awareness. Your mind helps you notice the areas in your life that require more support. In the way you verbally respond to someone who says something that hurts your feelings. To the way you create a negative self-talk conversation that stops you from following through situations in life. Mostly with things you desire but feel unworthy of fulfilling.

The body that holds all the answers but feels congested because of the energy blockages absorbed from situations in life. Like not speaking up for yourself by going along with something for others or not standing up for yourself. Feeling fear that if you show someone your true personality, you might be rejected. The trauma of physical abuse which is visible. Even emotional abuse that doesn’t show any visual scars but is internalized deeply. Your spirit holds the answers but it’s a struggle to access because of all the deep wounds.

Spending time in stillness to connect to the energy of your essence, your spirit. The quiet confidence that knows how beautiful you truly are. The love that has always been available to you and is you. Love is the only real answer that matters. You are love, it’s time to embrace love by allowing yourself to feel and accept all of you. The pretty pieces, the ugly pieces and all the pieces in between. Sending love to those fears and forgiving yourself. Finally allowing yourself the space and time it takes to slowly heal. To not put a time limit on it, instead just staying consistent in your personal work. Knowing that facing the truth is the hardest step on the journey and sometimes it gets harder before the healing begins.

This work is not for the faint of heart. The combinations of mind body spirit are a lifelong commitment to yourself, a love letter written to you from you.
