Sacred Ceremony

One of the key components to the work I have been doing over the past couple years is sacred ceremony. Before I begin any of my coaching and energy sessions, I create a sacred ceremony. During this process I open a connection with source energy that is specifically with the intention of being of service and of the highest of good. Connecting with the energy around me so that I am holding space to ground and balance
the energy and create a safe environment. It is especially important to me to maintain this process when working one on one with a client. To create an environment where they feel heard and understood as they are opening their heart and sharing their vulnerability.
My process includes the use of smudging tools and meditation. As I begin my ceremony, I first grab my palo santo or incense and call forth my guides to support me in this sacred space. I cleanse myself and then I cleanse the space that I am using. Next, I sit with my feet connected to the floor and begin some breathwork. I inhale and exhale to connect with my own energy and get into my body. As my body surrenders, I connect to my spirit within. I once again call in my divine support team and ancestors to support me in sacred ceremony. I take my time sitting and connecting with these energies. Then I ask for guidance with the intention of being the messenger for the client. I ask for the messages to be sent to me of the highest of good for the client. I continue to be still in this energy and allow for any messages to come through. Then I begin the actual session with the client, and I stay in this sacred space until the end of the process. When the session is complete, I thank my guides for their help and close the space with a chord detachment process to end the sacred ceremony.

I love being able to provide the most authentic experience possible for my clients and that means making sure that I am creating a process that is honouring the deep work that they are embodying. Together we are sharing a loving and safe space. I am so passionate about sacred ceremony because it is a privilege to be of service to others and support them on their healing and life journey.
